WILD NATURE & EXPLORING TOURS

At the western Mongolian tour is known for its very diverse landscapes, glacier wrapped mountains, huge salt lakes, and different culture, with ancient history. Our main attraction is Uvs lake and is part of the Uvs nuur basin compassing different ecosystems. This area ranges from the permanent  snowfields in the Turgen mountains over the lakes and wetlands areas up to the desert of Altan els. At the Uvs lake, more than 220 birds species are counted. Numerous rare and threatened species are among them: Black stork, Osprey, White tailed Eagle, Whooper swan, and Black headed Gull. So we watch the species birds and also exploring the plants.

Day  1  After your departure at the Ulaangom , having lunch at the restaurant ,  watch the traditional performance (horsehead fiddle instrument, traditional dance ),  Visit to the museum of the Uvs province, walking through the center of town. Visit Galdan boshigt palace (who was a leader of Oirad Mongolia periods of the 17th center), and watch the scenery of the town from the Ulaan hill.

Day 2  Drive about 160 km to the Bayan lake where we are going to explore the flora and fauna, visit the Zuungovi small village’s museum, and introduce to the Bayad ethnic group lifestyle, hiking around the Bayan lake.

Day 3  Today we’re going  Long spring place by car around 30 km and by horse around 6 km, where there is a small oasis .You should drink natural water for treatment of the liver, kidney, and gall.

Day 4  Today, we’re driving about 90 km by car and 6 km by horse to the Duruu lake, Around the lake, there are breathtaking views, oasis, how to grow the plants of the mountain in the sandy soil, and hiking along the dune.

Day 5   This morning, we visit the local museum, hike around the river to explore the uncommon birds including white spoonbill etc,

Day 6 We drive to Uvs lake around 60 km and can be swimming, to get sun tanned, to watch the   gathering water birds.

Day: 7   drive back to Ulaangom about 110 km and when we going back to visit nomad family .
