• The deposit of 20% of full payment is confirm to your booking. The remaining payment is payable, within 10 days prior to departure date.
• When you payment 80% of remaining pay, you can made by credit card in USD using our website or by bank in USD or EUR. The bank receipt will be send to you.

Cancellation & Refund policy

• If you want to cancel the tour after the booking has been confirmed, you must do writing by email, and must be follow the below cancellations conditions:

Cancellation 2 months or more prior to the tour start date: Full refund but

• Cancellation 1 months or more prior to the tour start date: 70% refund
• Cancellation 14 days or more prior to the tour start date: 30% refund
• Cancellation 7 days or more prior to the tour start date: 20% refund
• Cancellation within 7 days prior to the tour start date: no refund

Liability& Responsibility

• It is important to check carefully the booking confirmation and the itinerary of your tour when you receive it that all the details are exactly as you requested .Before the start of tour, you must arrange your own travel insurance. If you fell in during the tour, all hospital expenses, doctor fees, and medicine expenses shall not responsibility for any refund of the tour cost. Also we shall not liable for any injury, damage, death, loss accident or delay of the transport, caused by force majeure

WHERE TO STAY?

• Our tours always stay in ger /Yurt, national dwelling or housing type/ camps, or nomad family’s ger where no tourists, just family with them. Ger camps they have proper toilet, dine halls, beds (2-5 in a ger) and shower, electric (wind, solar panel)
• The nomads family’s ger have wooden toilet, beds (2-5 in a ger), most of them have keep traditional lifestyle and more genuine.
• They are just live in felt, wooden and original gers it is a big chance to close with nomad life and people’s temperate

How about a food and water?

• Even Mongolian dishes mostly meat, our food serves is half vegetarian foods and half of meat but we can serve for vegans too depending on your diet. If you have any special requirements on your diet, please let us know it therefore we can arrange food for you.
• For water we serve the mineral waters during your tour and for water supply we charge in fresh fonds and fresh deep wells.

Is it safety in Mongolia?    

• Mongolia is undoubtedly one of the safest countries in the world! Crimes rate is low while you traveling through Mongolia in our tour, if you have any concern, trouble and anxious, you just tell your tour guide and he or she solve it quick,

Do I need vaccinations?

• Yes, you should made vaccination, because every place have pet free animals especially cats, dogs we know you usually love them, so it is better for you 

What condition are the roads in?

• Mongolia is huge space and untouched country and many of roads you will be traveling on you are not paved, main road is paved between the provinces. Our tours will often be real wild exploring adventures through wild huge nature, also on the country roads so funny in car especially in Russian van.

When is the best time to come to Mongolia?

• Mongolia’s seasons are distinctive for each one, so it is given us to feel the dramatic different weather, the best time is mid of April-mid of October, and this time is so warm and energetic time for nature and human.
